Film

I am a freelance filmmaker and editor with my own DSLR rig, perfect for producing and/or editing YouTube videos, web content, short films, actors' reels, audition tapings, and more. I serve as Executive Director of NY/NJ based film and new media production company Band Name Pictures. 

Theatre

In my work as a theatre director, I have directed intimate plays, fully-staged musicals, developmental readings, and curated audience feedback for workshops of new scripts. My work has been put up in such venues as The Living Theater, Luna Stage, Treehouse Theater, and Montclair State University Players.

Coaching

Working with actors is my favorite part of directing. I am currently accepting new students for one-on-one for audition prep, monologue coaching, and digging into new material.  “Allison is a very intuitive listener and highly skilled communicator...
